How It Works
We handle the paperwork.
Bring your insurance card (or email it ahead of time) and we'll verify your coverage, run a benefits breakdown, and give you a clear estimate of your out-of-pocket cost before any treatment begins.
After your appointment, we submit claims directly to your insurer on your behalf — no forms for you to fill out, no chasing reimbursements. We follow up with your carrier if any issues arise.

We contact your insurance before your visit to confirm active coverage, deductibles, and annual maximums so there are no surprises.
Pre-authorizations
For larger treatments, we submit pre-authorization requests on your behalf and communicate the approval before scheduling.
Direct claim filing
We submit all claims electronically to your insurer — you pay only your estimated portion at the time of service.
EOB assistance
Confused by your Explanation of Benefits? Our team will walk you through any statement and address discrepancies directly with your carrier.
